Next, one of our customer support representatives will get in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss the issue further and determine if a refund is warranted.

If we determine that a refund is indeed warranted, we will process it within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your account due to bank processing times.

Refund conditions

The following conditions must be met in order for a refund to be processed:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • The paper must not have been downloaded.
  • The paper must be free of plagiarism.
  • Accepted papers are only eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Papers that are not delivered on the date specified in the order are eligible for a full refund.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the refund request. Refunds are processed initially as "credit", which can be used towards future purchases. If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, please let us know, and we will process it for you. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your account due to bank processing times.

You can expect your refund within 48 hours of confirming consent to receive it.
